Sunday morning I ministered in the local church. There were a few men from a village where no one is Christian that had come. This was their first time in a church. They came forward to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior and were powerfully touched by the Lord. One of them talked about a fiery heat that he felt inside but it did not hurt him, rather he felt wonderful peace. The other had tuberculosis and was wonderfully healed. When I prayed for him and he tried to breath he still had pain when he breathed so I prayed again until all of the pain was gone and he could breath normally. They were very excited to receive this God who loves and heals. They are asking to be water baptized. They will carry news of this healing to their village and we hope to see many saved there. Perhaps time permitting I will get to minister there. But it is certain that brothers from the local church will go and will now be well received. Others also came forward to give their hearts to the Lord or re-dedicate their lives.

Many were touched and healed by the power of the Lord. The ministry from the morning service continued until well after 3:00 p.m. The people were greatly encouraged. When we got back people were waiting to be prayed for. Then I ministered to a small group of youth and prayed with them. One young lady I could see was on the verge of death but she was not sick. It was strange as though her spirit, body and soul were not joined and her spirit was trying to leave. She said she often felt like she was about to die. I prayed until the Lord made her whole again. How can we explain such things?

I met with Pastor Joel and Brother Martin concerning the spiritual war strategy. We shared what the Lord had revealed to each of us. It was wonderful to hear the Lord saying the same things to them. They understand spiritual warfare and have been also fasting and praying. We will fast Wednesday in preparation then meet again Thursday to seek the Lord for guidance to order our steps. Then we will fast and pray Friday, Saturday and Sunday to begin the battle. The enemy is very angry and has shown himself several times but that just lets us know we are on the right track.

Monday morning we met with the End Time Handmaidens and Servants. Many are local pastors or ministers some are great intercessors. I shared the battle plan, what the Lord was doing and why. I shared the destruction determined against this area by the enemy. I briefed them on spiritual warfare and how to take their part in the battle. They all for the most part committed to pray. When I was done a local pastor began to explain that just since the first of the year there had been an epidemic of suicides even in Christians. It was time to pray for people who came for prayer but both Brother Martin and myself felt that we should not pray at this time but wait.

As we waited on the Lord knowing something was next people began to speak about what the Lord had been showing them. One woman from the mountains, a great intercessor, said that during fasting at the first of the year the Lord showed her what was coming for 2004. She saw mass destruction for their area, many suicides, accidents and great violence killing many. It was just as the Lord had showed me when I was here in October but she didn't know that.

The Lord showed her many lazy, selfish Christians the Lord could not protect would be the target of the enemy even to the dividing of homes but the serious Christians would be saved and protected and even receive greater anointing and provision. This was also exactly as the Lord had shown me. She said we must all rise to the battle to stop these things and Christians that have not been totally dedicated to the Lord but to their own hearts desires must repent. Again this is just as the Lord showed me. How amazing to see this simple woman from the mountains that the Lord had shown the same thing He showed me before. It was great encouragement that the Lord would order the battle and He also would win.

I encouraged the people that many others throughout the world are praying for them. This is a strategic area and the Lord intends to fight for it. Already much revelation has come concerning the battle but I will wait to share it until more of it comes together. The Lord is teaching me how to listen in the strategy room of heaven.

Then a man stood to speak. No one interpreted what he spoke. My heart did not burn for the Lord when he spoke as it did when the others spoke. I perceived this man was not of God. Not knowing what he was saying I waited. But I could see the response of the people was not good and the Spirit was grieved. I told Martin this man is not of God. I asked him what the man was saying. He simply said it was not good. I very loudly interrupted him and said 'Thank you.' He looked puzzled. 'Thank you, you can be seated now. We need to stay on the topic of what the Lord is saying.' I said. He looked at Martin and evidently asked what it meant. Martin said, 'You must sit down you have said enough.'

When I looked that way again the man had slipped out. I found out later he was telling the people not to listen to leaders and pastors and that he does not submit to anyone but God and only God tells him what to do. We must not let others tell us what to do only God. No wonder my spirit was grieved. I am glad I told him to sit down. If I had known what he was saying I would have done it much sooner. When we are in charge of a meeting for the Lord, He holds us accountable for what we allow.

After several had shared we then dismissed those who needed to go and prayed for those who wanted to stay for prayer. Many were healed and received much needed words from the Lord. People were healed of heart trouble, diabetes, one had a wound in her mouth that was very painful that would not heal but the Lord healed it. One young woman came forward for a blessing. I could sense something was wrong. Gently I laid my hand on her. Suddenly I saw a large demon like none I had ever seen before. He looked like light but it was false light and he had mean glowing red eyes. I told the others to pray. All I felt from the Lord was wait, so we waited. Praying and seeking for some minutes until the Lord said it was time to cast it out. He had me first anoint her two big toes, then after some battle her thumbs and then after further battle her head. The battle was strong the enemy was being forced out of her from the bottom up. She moaned loudly and wailed; I could tell she was scared by what she felt. But finally the demon was gone. I told her she lives in an evil place and she is the only Christian but now the Lord will protect her from the evil around her. She was much encouraged and said that was true.

I prayed for people until around 3:30 p.m. I was still getting over jet lag and was very tired. But it is a good tired for the Lord moved mightily and the people understood the battle and would now stand in agreement. Please pray for my strength as I have been somewhat tired and also have tendency to lose my voice. Worse of all for those who know me you will understand I cannot sing because my voice will not tolerate it. Please pray for I must speak much and sing and worship powerfully in the battle.

The people are amazed and very grateful that you are praying. It gives them great hope. I also could not be strong against such great odds with out your prayers. I also thank you. It is time for the Lord's body to work together. The Lord has shown several of us clearly that a veil has been cast over this area to keep the people from receiving the Lord. The church does no grow much at all. But when this power is broken the people will be free from the enemy's blindness and be able to receive the Lord. Then the harvest will come in and the Lord's kingdom will prosper. As we love the Lord this must be our concern because it is His concern. I am grateful for your heart for the Lord.

I will give you instruction not to attack these enemies head on unless the Lord clearly says to. Pray in tongues, pray scripture, pray by revelation and worship. All of that is safe. Be sure to be directed by the Lord.

The coming week will be much fasting and battles, please keep us in prayer. I will send another report next week. Already the Lord is revealing much of the strategy.

I meant to get this out yesterday but was sick in bed. After prayer I am much better but please keep me in prayer as the battle is strong.

Your prayers make such a difference and give much strength to the battle. Prayer changes things.

I leave via Baguio May 24th to Manila, then that evening from Manila to Hong Kong.
Then on to Los Angeles, from there to Minneapolis (traveling all night) and then to Little Rock. From Little Rock it is a 3 hour trip home.
