A person cannot make that happen by deciding it will happen, the Lord just shows up in the power of His might and glory. Praise the Lord He has showed up like that in every ministry service. Many would cry and so would I because of the nearness of the Lord. How grateful we are that He shows us His great love and care for us in such a mighty way.

I taught the Pastors and leaders mainly concerning Spiritual Warfare in preparation for the battles we must fight here. It is not a subject that can be taught in such a short time. Many times the enemy also has been very near and intimidating. Very different from the enemy in India in that this enemy is much more subtle and one must be extra careful and stay on the alert. When it is time to pray for the people it is already very hot and when the fire of God falls it seems I am sweating so much that water is constantly running from my nose and chin and into my eyes. When I am done my clothes are soaked. I am not sure if it is because of that or the attack of the enemy but I have been at times weaker than normal; please pray for strength.

KJV Hebrews 1:7 “Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.” We are all His ministers in one-way or another. Why would the Lord desire to make us a flame of fire? KJV Psalms 97:3 “A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.” And KJV Deuteronomy 4:24 “For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire” In order to really get close to the Lord we must go through fire. The fire before the Lord burns up all His enemies and our flesh in an enemy that must be consumed as the hunger for Him overcomes our desires for the flesh. By the time we have made it through the fire we also are a fire. Only in that form can we truly join with the Lord as we were meant to in order to be His only and not our own. In order to flow in God’s river we must get in over our heads and let His current carry us wherever He desires.

We must be completely yielded to Him. This morning the Lord told me when something unyielding and that cannot be absorbed enters your heart you call that a knife. Someone unsubmitted, unyielded, and selfish in the “body” of Christ is a knife in the Lord’s body. So when we feel that we have gotten out of line with Him even a little bit in the flesh and become even a little unyielded and self-seeking, repent quickly and seek the Lord earnestly to line it back up. Our flesh is quick to take over if we are not watchful and we are accountable to the Lord to watch and pray concerning such things. KJV Matthew 26:41 “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation.”

The person who is completely lined up with the Spirit of the Lord will bring healing in the Lord’s body (people) bringing His body back into unity with itself. Jesus said a house divided against itself cannot stand. When my flesh pulls away from my flesh I call that a wound. A house reunited with itself (walking in unity) is healed. We are all part of the Lord’s body. When we get into the flesh even a little bit we begin to separate from Him like a piece of His body that is torn. We must seek restoration and healing with Him quickly bringing us back into line because we can only live by being connected to Him. Tissue that is cut may get infected if not healed and tissue that is cut off will rot. Some Christians stinketh by now as the scripture says. It is not our job to criticize but to help heal and teach so the body can walk in unity with the Lord and no longer bring Him pain. That’s love. God’s way is love and it there is no room to be offended for any reason. Instead of finding excuses to be offended and starting to rot just repent of “your” wrong heart attitude and pray for the offensive one, especially if they are a Christian, a part of God’s body.

I will be beginning the 21 day fast Monday, April 26th. We have been somewhat detained in going to the different areas so please pray that the Lord’s timing will prevail and all hindrances will be removed. When we are released to go to pray over the strongholds it is not a small task and requires much strength. For example to go to Apayao will take perhaps 12-14 hours. When we get there it is possible the stronghold we may have to pray for is a tall mountain where missionary men climbing those mountain trails not long ago fell from the cliffs under good circumstances. Many of the strongholds may be tall mountains that one must climb a narrow trail to the top, so please pray for me to have supernatural strength and ability. The Lord is well able to give the strength for us to do whatever He tells us to do. Also in Apayao during this season there is a plant that sheds a hair like fuzz that can cause extreme misery and swelling for weeks if encountered. It is prevalent through this area. Please pray for protection from these plants.

The Lord has given a little more instructions concerning the battle but in truth we need a lot more. I feel the Pastors need to be involved in receiving some of the instructions from the Lord, especially on where to go and when. I have shared what the Lord has given me so far but they need to add their pieces to the puzzle as well. This would mean a break through for some of them that they could hear and see and be directed by the Lord more clearly. Please pray for this as well.

The Lord gave an order of the strongholds we are to go to for prayer.

1. Apayoa and Kalinga - there are two places we need to go there.
2. Cervantes – two places in this area
3. Benquett – two places. [The highest peak on Luzon and the 2nd highest in all of the Philippines is in Benquett. It is a wildlife preserve and may require special permission to go. Just down from that are 7 peaks. In the middle of those peaks also may be a place we must go. We need this to be clearer though.]
4. Clark Airforce Base – The Lord said this represented the weapons of the enemy.
5. The place of the most Blood – Pastor Abe knows where this is.

The Lord will give more instructions concerning Mount Pinatubo, the Eye of the Devil later.

The hand that hold Luzon and the giant whale I saw are one and the same spirit. The Lord said there is much death in these waters around Luzon and I have since found that is very true, from ships that were sunk, to tidal waves, to typhoons there has been much death in these waters. This is that spirit of death in these waters. Interesting enough the Lord has revealed that of itself it would not attack like this. He reminded me that most large whales though they eat a lot do not attack in general. Then why is this one attacking I asked. A high-ranking spirit in the spirit realm has intervened and this spirit is easily influenced and used. No big surprise to find out that was China. This is the same spirit attacking India through Tibet. It is very aggressive but secretive.

It is the trail of blood that gives this spirit entrance and the right to attack. As we go to strongholds we need the Lord to show us how to begin to remove this trail of blood and the blood in the land so the enemy will not have access. With the enemies rights and access cut the destruction will not continue. Please remember that somehow these elections (May 10th) are a key in all of this. The enemy must not gain this last piece of power that he needs.

Interesting enough the Lord pointed out to me that the Philippines has 12 regions like the 12 tribes of Israel. Ilocos is the first region and though it is not the region of the capital of the Philippines, Manila, the Lord said it is like it has the spiritual authority of the first born in these battles. The region I am currently in is Ilocos and San Fernando, La Union is the capital of that region. That is where Christian Praise Fellowship (where I am) is and of course where the orphanage is as well. (Quite honestly we need more people giving to the support we send to the orphanage as they begin to take in many more children from some of these local tragedies. They also will have their own school here, as the schools in the area have proved inadequate and full of problems. Please prayerfully consider this.)

When the Lord first told me that this island of Luzon would also be like a loaded gun aimed ready to fire I first felt that it was aimed at Australia. Though they did not think so at first as we checked the maps we found that true. But the Lord said most of all it is aimed at itself, the rest of the Philippine islands. When Mount Pinatubo erupted in 1992 the ashes went as far as Australia and even to England. Many hundreds of people died in several countries. In 1994 there was a smaller eruption. The ash still causes serious problems during raining season.

Sometimes we get impatient and think that we need more instruction right now. But the Lord unfolds His plan as we need each piece in a timely manner and we must trust Him. We must remember not to trust in the shadow of Egypt. My shadow is not me. It is an illusion of me so to speak. We worry about paying bills that haven’t even come due yet or things that might happen but have not happened. That is worrying about illusions; things that are not yet a reality are just like shadows. Egypt is the world system. We depend only on what the Lord says as He says it and not what might be.

Noah had no rudder or steering mechanism for his ark. He had to depend completely on the Lord. He didn’t say what if we crash into the side of a mountain or something similar. He knew the God who shut the door and sealed Him in was well able to take control of the helm. We also must know that. It’s called trust.

Pastor Abe here has another outreach church in Barangay. These people began to attend after some of them were healed during his radio broadcast. But it is too far for them and there are too many of them for them to be able to afford to hire a taxi every Sunday and no one has a vehicle so they asked the pastor to please come to them on Saturdays. When the neighbors hear the music and so forth they come as well. There were many first time visitors this time. I was blessed to be able to minister there with Pastor Abe. Many people gave their hearts to Jesus Christ. That is the most important thing and many were healed.

Every child and teenager that I prayed for had a respiratory problem. But because of their bad living conditions and lack of money when there is a sickness many of the children develop such problems I am told. There used to be aid coming in from the USA and Japan to provide medicine and food but that has stopped. Unfortunately often when such aid is given through large organizations it never reaches the people who really need it. There are so many sickly children that the orphanage has considered a medical outreach just for vitamins during rainy season and many people come to the orphanage to see if they can give medicine for their children when they are sick because they have no money to purchase medicine. It is very sad. That is why we make sure the support we give goes directly to this orphanage and not through some organization. That way we are sure and have seen for ourselves that it goes straight to their hands and their needs.

There was one woman I could not pray for until she repented, all I knew was it had something to do with money and that she had not been going to church or reading her Bible. She had been healed of severe deep boils in her breast before but now they had returned. Sometimes when we disobey the Lord the old curse is just waiting for the moment we are out from under His protection to return. It turned out that for a while an outreach met in her home. As they were in need of some chairs the offering taken at the outreach was left with her to purchase plastic chairs but instead she spent it for herself. This is the first fellowship she had come to in almost a year. Praise the Lord she repented in tears and the Lord touched her. All I knew when I prayed was she needed to repent and it had to do with money, I didn’t find out the rest of the story until later but the Lord always knows. We cannot hide anything from Him.

Sunday morning the radio broadcast and then the church service. The Lord moved powerfully. I am always grateful when He does that because if He didn’t certainly nothing of value would happen. He gave me a vision again and again of sand castles on the beach being washed away by the incoming tide of troubles and cares, then it must all be built again. How we grieve over our earthly sand castles. As long as we keep our treasures and our heart for ourselves that is what is like sand castles that are washed away with the tide. But when we build our lives in Christ and give it all to Him the waters and troubles cannot touch it. They are safe in Christ and nothing is as big as He is. Inside of Him it didn’t look like sand but as if it were made of cut diamonds made only to reflect His light so that people passing would see Him clearly. Then He also would aim that light and determine what it would touch and where it would go. It was no longer ours but truly His treasure built into His heart that He could use however He chose to use it. We must not hold any part of our life back from Him. That would leave us only building passing treasures in the sand. Only when it is completely His can it be protected and of any value.

I thank you for your prayers. As you can tell this is not something to be done without much prayer. I know the Lord will reward you for being His prayer partner. I am very grateful the Lord has given me such wonderful prayer support in the face of such enemies. He truly prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies.

I leave via Baguio May 24th to Manila, then that evening from Manila to Hong Kong.
Then on to Los Angeles, from there to Minneapolis (traveling all night) and then to Little Rock. From Little Rock it is a 3 hour trip home.
